Elati is situated in the region of Central Zagori, within the National Park of Vikos, 30km away from the City of Ioannina, at an altitude of 1000m approximately. The "Hotel Elati" is a stone building constructed in 1991, a replica of an 1867 mansion that once stood in the same location. It has 10 rooms, each with its own colours and decoration, which can be seen in detail in our picture galleries. The view from the hotel itself is breathtaking as it overlooks a valley with the impressive Vikos Canyon in the background.

For the last 15 years our customers have enjoyed the tranquillity the fresh air and the beauty of the 600 year old network of stone paths that used to connect the 46 villages of the Zagori region. Hiking is one of the most popular activities our visitors engage in, with literally hundreds of paths of varying length and degree of difficulty.

Dining in the veranda in the evening is another favourite activity; our cuisine offers the best of Mediterranean home-made food with the use of the purest and healthiest ingredients, accompanied by some of the finest biological wines produced by the "Hotel Elati" owners.
